Many G-Class fans know the issue: the door hinges start to rust, the paint cracks, the door is getting worse and worse to open and close. Exactly for this there is now a solution. Our door hinges made of high-strength aluminum are provided with a special surface treatment, so that rust and corrosion no longer have a chance.

In addition, we have installed our proven stainless steel pin, which has a milled spiral groove that optimally distributes the grease. The door hinges can be regreased at any time via the grease nipple. Everything needed for assembly is included.
